The Position:

​

In this role you will provide high-quality and locally appropriate medical care to consumers in conjunction with the multidisciplinary health team and with the direction and support of the staff Physicians. This role will provide you with an excellent foundation for a career in medicine that meets the current and future healthcare needs of regional communities in Australia.

What you need:

​

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (or equivalent)

• Currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.

• Minimum 1 year of postgraduate experience in Psychiatry

• Successful completion of the Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board (PLAB) test

• Minimum AMC parts 1 passed, AMC 2 highly regarded.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with a variety of professional disciplines.
